firm, established in the year 1986. The firm
is located at utmost modern, high profile and fastest
developing business centre, New Link Road, Andheri (West),
Mumbai having office of 1400 sq.feet. The firm is having
19 years of grueling, hardcore and penetrating experience
in the areas of Statutory Audits,
Internal Audits, Company Law Matters, Taxations including
International Taxation, Charity Commissioner Work, Appeals
and Bank Audits. The firm is predominantly
in practice of Taxations & Audits of Limited Companies.
The firm has over 500 files for taxations of assorted
clients. It handles Stutory audits for 40 medium and
small size public / pvt. ltd. companies consisting of
textiles, chemicals, shipping, films, share broking,
finance, merchant banking, depository participants and
so on. The firm also conducts stutory and concurrent
audits for banks.
We operate in complete computerised environment. We
have well qualified, highly trained and strongly motivated
man power strength of 32 people. These include professionally
qualified personnel. We are having our owb training
centre who impart training to our staff before absorbing
them into the employment of the firm. We also provide
continuous training to our people. We have well equipped
Library. We keep ourselves abreast of all changes and
developments in the feilds in which we deal.
We are maintaining a panel of high caliber, richly experienced
and well trained VRS, retired ex-bankers whose services
are availed on need base. We also have Chartered Accountants
on our live list, specialised in different fields.

us. We work together for information systems' audit.
One of our closest associates is the author of a practitioner's
handbook on "Information
Systems Audit & Security" published
by Law Point, Kolkata. She is a Chartered Accountant
and taking active role in co-ordinating the advanced
course in IS. Audit in the Insitute of Chartered Accountants
of India (ICAI). She has also worked in Finance Accounts
& Systems planning areas in various middle and senior
management capacities in shipping and transportation
companies.
